PLEASE ANSWER!!!!! Was he asking me on a date? Is he interested?
So I met this guy a month ago and we were interested in each other and flirted and hung out. we went on one date.
I liked him but, despite saying to our mutual friends that i was "sweet [not sweet cool, sweet nice], and cute" he wasn’t sure if he could see us beyond friendship.
so i told him i agreed (LIE) because i was embarrassed and upset (and stupid).
We barely talked after i told him I agreed and it was really awkward. Then this saturday he called me to go to the movies, and he phrased it EXACTLY like how he phrased it when he asked me on our first (and last) date which was also to the movies. I had plans with my bff and said no but invited him along and we had (to quote him) "a ridiculous amount of fun." but we were with my best friend (also his friend) and he treated us pretty similarly and flirted a little (WITH HER TOO!) but mostly acted just buddy-buddy. there were signs he liked me but idk if it’s wishful thinking.
was he asking me on a date?? he didn’t say it was a date explicitly but he phrased it like how he used to when he asked me on a date. and it would have been just us.
is he interested again? he’s called me since and we’ve been talking more, and I still REALLY like him.
I think he was asking you on a date. Amp up the flirting and see how he responds.

He probably isn’t interested again, because why would he flirt with your friend aswell. And you said it was just buddy-buddy talk..
Unless he was flirting like crazy with you and huggin, etc then I’m guessing he doesn’t like you…
